To whom It may concern, We just wanted to express our deepest appreciation for the excellence of service we received from Realty USA, specifically from Aubrey Guri and her team, Geraldine & Assocs. We have had 2 other realty companies before signing with Aubrey and there is just no comparison. I can count on one hand how many showings we had with the 2 other realty companies combined. Not so with Realty USA. We stopped counting the showings, we had so many. Also, whenever we called, even if no one was there to lake the call, we always received a call back. Whenever we were discouraged, Aubrey’s team had words of encouragement. They were always positive that they would be able to sell our house, they always said that they would, and they did. We have even received compliments on the pictures of our house on the website. Indeed, when we’ looked online, we had to agree. The pictures did the house great justice as did the descriptive details. Even after our house sold and we ware stressed about the whole process and needed help with answers, Aubrey and her team were there, making calls on our behalf and helping to calm us dow~. Without Aubrey and her team, I doubt we would be. even now packing up and moving. We are convinced that in Aubrey and her team, we got the best! Thank you so much. I was looking for a home in downtown Saratoga: close to downtown so that I was within walking distance. That part of my criteria and also some other requirements, narrowed down my search to only a small pool of homes. Aubrey -on her way to a family function– saw a home that was perfect for me.
